SYDNEY AUSTRALIA

Dear JIAGGJ,

Fantastic sail into Sydney harbour! Boats everywhere, people everywhere, absolutely mind boggling.

Super day with Neil, Cathy, Ian, Oliver and Charley. Cathy and Neil picked us up at 9:30 from the boat and took us to see Ian, Oliver and Charley at Nielsen Park (almost opposite Balmoral Beach). We had coffee while we watched the kids swim.

Then we went to the Gap. We had super views of the Bridge and could see for miles. We went to Bondi Beach for lunch and had a paddle. We are now at Neil and Cathy’s house.

We will see “Sweeney Todd” at the Opera House tonight.

Love and hugs, Grandi xxxxxxxxx

Comments:
Loved all your news. Neil is my sort of typist. But he can't spell. He has put all these three photots on for me. Phil and Sylvia the first. The Bickerton clan the second.

Love Olwen.

Dear Olwen I looked at your photographs before seeing your comment here. Re. the bottom photograph-I decided it must be Sylvia next to you.She may be older but the smile hasn't changed!!Continue having fun.Love Sheila

Dear Mum and Dad
All I can say is LUCKY YOU!! I saw the pictures of the two Queens meeting in Sydney Harbour, first time for many years, it must have been spectacular! The pictures were in the Daily Mail I will keep them for you.
Loved the photos you looked so happy.
Big kiss from us all, wish we were there.
Love Becky

Wed pm: Hi Mum & Dad - Loved the photo's - How great to see Neil and meet Cathy and the children at last and to see Gary - You look like you're having a fantastic time. Be a bit of an anti-climax when it's just back to you and Dad again.
I've been the Domestic Goddess today - After Music with Mummy I popped into town and was chuffed to scan your photo's as I thought I wouldn't be able to copy the QE2 official one. I've got 6X4 copies so it will be interesting to see how they come out. With Jack hanging off my leg I knocked up, Flapjacks (Had Julia, Wendy & kids after school)(Wasn't quite so professional as didn't have enough Oats so used All-Bran as well but tasted O.K.), Chicken Paprika for tea and Pancake Mix for our delayed Pancake Day - Needless to say we overate a little but we've eaten early so time to work it off. Good news from Katie as she's got a permenant job so she's really pleased as she's off to her sisters in Amsterdam for a week then she starts.
Take Care - Lots of love Abi XXXXX

Duncs: Sun 4th March are you still coming for Sun lunch? Beck & Don are staying Sat night for a takeaway so you're welcome to come as well? Abi X p.s. Is you matinee of Sweet Charity a definate for Sat 14th Apr as Beck & I are working out when to go to Brighton over the Easter hols?

Hi Ab

Saturday night would be good but will I end up in the kiddy sleeping bag on a blow up mattrass in the kitchen?!

The matinee on the 14th is a definite. Only question is how many of you want to go!

Cheers.

PS M and D, I've got the pictures of the QE2 and QM2 from the express and times so I'll keep hold of them for you as well.

Dear Mum and Dad
I'm becoming like a little old woman cutting out newspaper articles about you two - maybe I should get a life or a cat!
Checked house again - you wouldn't believe the post you get about 20 - 30 things each week. You have a dentist appointment in London which you can't make, I'll change it for you, other than that it's just bills. Your grass looks like it needs a cut already!! PS I'm recycling cruise brochures just so you can't be tempted for a while, you're grounded until 2010!!
Love Becky

Good words.
