Hi Mum & Dad, You're doing so much it's hard to take it all in with a quick read. Don't like to think too much about the toilets and am pleased that my house isn't too clean - I'll live to a ripe old age! Had Linda here from Tuesday as Rob was away Wed night taking the Branch Managers up to a Suppliers for a Meeting. Had a really nice couple of days we went to Webbs of Wychbold (the garden centre that I nearly made it too the day I got the call that Georgie was poorly). Had a really nice lunch there & a good mooch around, they have a lovely riverside walk/garden where you can see a lot of the plants in-situ and see different areas showing different ground conditions. It has a great wooden play area, sells crystals and ice cream so definetaly one to re-visit with the kids in the holidays. After Jack's swimming lesson went in to Malvern and had lunch in a nice Cafe so the diet went a bit to pot but back with a vengance tomorrow! Pleased that Rob's home now and I can absolve myself from the bedtime routine now Jack's in bed - Bliss!

Dunc: Mon 2nd Feb 1.30 We're having lunch at Dobbies Garden Centre in Bletchley with Beck, Jo Linda & Kids - If you've a free day? - Exciting I know!!!but Rob & I will be fresh from a good nights sleep (and an ENORMOUS lie in) at the Hatton Court Hotel (where we stayed the night we got married!). Beck thinks we're going away for a bit of hanky panky but I reminded her who's birthday treat it is!!!Abi XX
 

Dear Mum and Dad
Great planning of mine to be out on the town tonight as I took three little children with bright red hair into school today, Issy looked great with her blond hair but Grace looked more like she'd had a head injury. Grace was poorly yesterday, very clingy and a big sick at bathtime after which she seemed much better. Issy is running a cake stall today so went in proudly with the cakes she'd made to sell. Alexander has gone up another level on his books and has suddenly really come on with his reading he can almost do a page if you get him in the right mood. I borrowed some of your toys from the Clockhouse that he was missing and he took the book about World animals into school to show his friends.
Abi - did you see the note that mum and dad are back on the Saturday not the Friday as we thought.
Missing you tons and think of you everyday.

Hi Mum & Dad,
Have got back through the archives & have a full list of your visits to date so will be catching up with your trip on the map with the kiddies this pm. Jen has a party at Fun City & we're taking with Isla and Shona and Hazel is collecting. Thank God for the Zafira as got Rob to take Jack and Georgie with him as well - Peace Reigns!!! Nice quiet weekend - Had Gemma booked to Babysit so Rob & I are just going to the Cinema & tomorrow we have a Mothers Day Service in Church at 10am (Bit early!) and then Sunday Lunch at The Bank House Hotel in Bransford so looking forward to that. Goergie came out of school clutching some flowers she'd arranged (very pleased with herself) and Jenni was being very secretive with the contents of her book bag (Have noticed a rather nice Orchid under Rob's desk (not very good at hiding things) so hope that's for me & not his Mum! Bit of unpleasantness at the mo as seem to have fallen out with another Mum BIG TIME just cos G doesn't want to do a certain activity anymore - Really wanted my Mum after school on Fri (even at nearly 40!),as being majorly ignored all week then got a 'Killer stare' when I said Hello before school but Luckily Big Sis must have sensed the vibes & rang which cheered me up & put things into perspective. It will blow over I'm sure. Sad thing is she's ignorning her other 2 friends as well and they haven't done anything (except agree to co-ordinate lifts for Swimming if we can get places on the same night).
Georgie's getting a bit tired and grumpy so roll on the hols - Her Kevin the Teenager grunt is getting even more realistic!

Hi, it sounds like you ar having most amazing time and the time is just whizing past, I cannot believe Iain was embarrased when they all sang happy birthday.
Bletchley is still going well and touch wood I am still achieving target which means for the time being they are leaving me alone at last! Long may it continue.
We have had some lovely weather here and have managed to get to mow the lawn .It is lukes birthday today and we are going to watch the mk dons at home he is is going to be their mascot, should be good and it is my first ever football match. take care and also miss you both. have fun love Joxx

Really weird to be making plans that don't include you and have no address to send cards or flowers (or not to be able to give them to you personally) But: I'll be thinking of you tomorrow and sending you loads and loads and loads of love wherever you are and whatever you're doing. I love you so much and not seeing you for such a long time has just re-inforced how special you are to me. I think of you every day and really miss being able to just phone you for a chat, no matter how trivial. I miss having your opinion on what I'm doing with the house as you always seem to know what's what. I'm really really lucky to have a fantastic Mum like you and am really trying to take note of what it is you do so I can do the same with my children. I really hope Jenni, Georgie and Jack think as much of me as they grow up, as I think of you. Have a fantastic Mothers Day and remember wherever you are, we're here and we love you loads and loads Abi XXXXXXXX
 

Dear Mum and Dad
Happy Mothers Day. Felt really sad today thinking that last year we were all together in the Holiday Inn and this year you're in Vietnam and Abi might as well be for all I'll see of her. Anyway on the plus side Jo and I had a brilliant night out last night, we went to Nicholls in Woburn. We had a really good laugh and it ended up being a late night as we couldn't stop talking. Viewed a house in Catesby Croft but asking a lot and the whole place just looked really unloved, Issy was moving herself in before we went and even she wasn't quite so keen. Don poorly all day and has gone to bed, he keeps trying to be sick but nothing happening, as usual one gets something and it hits us all. Except me I'm the Iron Lady when it comes to stomaches.
Over at the Clockhouse today, the Charproniers have moved out and someone has cut your lawn. Got the bill for the rent for Brighton plus council tax bill. You are invited to St George's Day Dinner on 22nd April, at the George Inn, let me know if you want tickets.

HAPPY MOTHERING SUNDAY (see I'm the educated one and know the correct terminology - tee hee!)

Hope you have a fab day. I feel pretty good this year about it too as for once I have a perfect excuse to be crap and not be in the right place at the right time - cos you're not here!

Ticking along here. Went windsurfing today (yes it was a bit chilly but not that bad although I think I may have broken my little toe. The good news is it's so knackered and deformed anyway another crack won't make any difference!) Rehearsal tomorrow, both shows are getting a bit close now - girls I'm getting 4 tickets for Abi and 2 for Bec, is that right?

Summer seems to be sorted, I'm off to Turkey and a friend of a friend is looking after my house. Only one potential fly in the ointment - the start date but will let you know when I do. No matter what I'll make sure your car is back and you're met at Jn 15 (good news about it being Saturday eh Bec!!)
